A “Heart to Heart” Concert for Lebanon held at Assembly Hall in the American University of Beirut.

Ever since his early years, Elie Choueiri has always dedicated a tremendous, boundless love to his country. He decided to convey this passion tor the Land of Cedars through patriotic songs. repeated at every turn. hummed by everyone.

In times of peace as in war. his songs rekindled the flame of hope in the heart of all Lebanese people….. ‘Bektoub Esmik Ya Bladi’. ‘Salt El-Aaskar’, ‘Taala W Tetaammar Ya Dar” and “Ya Ahel El Ared’ played a major role in his artistic carrier. With his talent, he stood out from all others. With his extraordinary voice, he built his reputation, not only in Lebanon but also in the Arab countries. The King of Morocco, the Emir of Qatar, the President of Tunisia and many others. have chosen him, in turn, to reinvent the story of their countries in remarkable melodies. ‘Father of patriotic songs’. Elie Choueiri stilt perceives art as an amalgam oi sensations that springs out from the innermost depths of his soul.
