Rita Chemaly is a Lebanese M.A in political and administrative sciences holder from the Institute of Political Sciences of Saint Joseph University of Beirut.

She's the author of “Spring 2005 in Lebanon between Myths and Realities”, winner of The Samir Kassir Award for the freedom of the press and associate researcher at the CEMAM, the Center of Arab studies. She is also responsible of projects with many NGOs working in the field of Human Rights and Development in Lebanon mainly CRTDA.

Her Blog is about Political and Social activism in Lebanon and Abroad.
