“Arab Shorts” is an initiative of the Goethe-Institute to support the visual arts in North Africa and the Middle East. Addressing the independent film and media arts communities in the Arab countries, it has set itself the goals of promoting cultural production and dissemination as well as networking both within the region and with Europe.
