Due to customers demand, Mira-Clé proudly announces presenting the Hands-On Top-Notch workshop addressing Lebanese Labor Law Regulations and NSSF Procedures, for a second round during which participants will be exposed in practice to various aspects of the LLL & NSSF under the direction of Mr. Murtada – the Department Head of Statistics & Registration at NSSF, and Mr. El Zein Regional HR trainer & Consultant.

During this workshop, Participants will:

1- Learn about the Evolution of Lebanese labor law & the expected Amendments
2- Know the Current LLL & Its regulations
3- Learn How to Well Practice as to avoid labor law suits
4- Know the Minimum and/or maximum requirements of various laws.
5- Be aware of the Difference in law regarding the hiring of native foreign employees.
6- Employees Leave Entitlements (Annual, Sick, Compassionate, Maternity, Paternity, Marriage, and Other types)
7- Disciplinary Procedures
8- NSSF Procedures:

b. Illness & Maternity
c. Allowances (What are they and how to Declare them)
d. Social Security
e. NSSF Various Forms
9- Income Taxes
Workshop Methodology:

1- LLL Policies will be discussed and then followed with a Case Study.
2- Best Practices of the Internal P&P will be discussed and analyzed.
3- NSSF Procedures will be detailed, Forms will be submitted and a full case study will be performed (Participants will be provided with NSSF forms and will complete them as per the multi-scenario case studies).
4- Income Taxes Forms and Applications.
