1. Recognize how their own attitudes and actions impact on others

2. Find new and effective techniques for managing negative emotions (Yours & Others)

3. Develop coping strategies for dealing with difficult people and difficult situations

4. Resolve conflicts within their workplace – When intervention is required!

5. Learn some techniques for managing and dealing with anger.
