Saint Maroun Maronite Church

This Roman styled church was built in 1875 and is best recognized for its arcades, apses and carved stonework. The vestibules’ marbled columns resemble the peristyles of the temples of old, adding to its splendor and majesty.

One of the Church’s most striking features is its stained glass representations of Saints and its white marble altar, over which hangs a painting of Saint Maroun by Daoud El Corm.
