Starting a Business Demo Workshop – Human Resources

The Cisco Entrepreneur Institute at AMIDEAST/Lebanon invites you to attend a session on Human Resources as part of its ongoing “Starting a Business” workshop.

Najwa Grace Tohme of HR Solutions, will present a session on hiring, manging, retaining, and terminating employees as well as manager’s skills.

This session is open to Cisco Entrepreneur Institute workshop participants who missed this session – free of charge.

About Najwa Grace Tohme
Najwa has 25 years diversified managerial experience in human resources, marketing, advertising, sales, and customer relations, with specific focus on strategic business planning and execution, company organization, and quality improvement.

She works as a free lance consultant through her own business, HR Solutions. Concurrently, she works as HR Director for Resource Group Holding, an investment management group.

Najwa holds a Bachelor degree in Psychology from AUB and an MBA from Newport University.

She is a founding and executive board member of LLWB, an executive board member of the Lebanese Evangelical Society and is affiliated with the International Business Leaders Association (IBLA) as well as a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Non-workshop participants – $10 contribution.
