Creation as a transformation process

Orbus, Space of Mediation, is offering a new cycle of art therapy. The workshops are addressed to those who feel the desire to tap into their abilities and seek fulfillment and self-knowledge.

Conducted by Wissam Kotait, clinical psychologist and art therapist and by Carole Ammoun actress and writer, the workshops take place in a comfortable and secure environment. Exercises are designed to focus on self-expression using tools and practices inspired by various forms of performing arts (theater, mask, body movement, storytelling), as well as writing and analytical psychodrama.

The group dynamic, playful in its approach, stimulates imagination and creativity. It fosters reconnection with one’s emotions, revival of self-esteem and rethinking our relationship to others.

By focusing solely on the moment and allowing ourselves to let go, the workshops aim at blending the links between the body, mind and spirit, what we experience and what we feel, with the same seriousness we had in our childhood games.

By setting the body and speech in motion, the workshops allow each of us to express our individuality. At the same time, collectively we aim to find how our own vulnerability, strength and dreams can be the basis of our self-accomplishment.
