This workshop is suitable for participants of all levels.
There will be 2 parts in this workshop:
11:15am RECOVER – Safe & Soft Back stretches and breathing session(2h)
1:30pm RELAX – Restorative Yoga Session (2h)
First session is: Safe & Soft Recovery Yoga Flow Practice with the emphasis on the ‘back work’.
In this session you will learn yogic exercises to stretch & strengthen your back muscles, to release tensions & get your circulation in order.
All these simple exercises you can easily incorporate in your daily self practice. The session will also include breathing techniques to promote relaxation.
Suitable for all levels.
Followed by deeply relaxing & soft Restorative Yoga session to Relax, Renew & Replenish your energy in the end of the week.
