Kate Brooks’ photographs have been published in Time, Newsweek, The New Yorker, Smithsonian, The Atlantic, The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times. She has received numerous awards and recognitions including POYI, Lucie Awards, PDN 30, Communication Arts, American Photography, and TIME Picture of the Year. She has been interviewed by Charlie Rose and spoken at both the New America Foundation in New York and the Frontline Club in London. This is her first book.
