Poets on Stage Series. Featuring Ghassan Alameddine and Iskandar Habash in a dialectical approach to poetry reading.

Ghassan Alameddine is a poet, a journalist and a musician. His poetry is published in 4 books: titles loosely translated “White Line”, “ When Butterflies Smashed Into The Window Pane”, “The Magician’s Folded Handkerchief”, and “I think They Died Thirsty”. He has published countless translations into Arabic and has hundreds of articles and research papers in Arab periodicals and magazines.

Iskandar Habash is a writer and a poet born in Beirut. He covers culture in the written press. His poetry is published in many books and has to his credit more than 25 translations of major works into Arabic. He periodically delivers his poetry on stage across the Arab world and in Europe and his poems are translated into many living languages.
