Firas, the man of the Good Food Co,
Was behind the initial concept for a music and food show,
On the morning of the day,
A feeling just wouldn’t go away,
That everyone by nightfall will be jumping and shouting “hurray!”

There in the dark corner of her room,
Stood Stephanie, the lady, with a show that looms.
She pouted and pondered
And waited and wondered,
But she knew she was ready to sing your favorite tune!

Now Sir Firas has opened his fridge and is ready to cook,
And Stephanie in the mirror allows herself one final look.
