Kabab 1961 is the fruit of an old family tradition and a history of quality preparation passed on from five generations of expert Kabab chefs.

In 1961 the Jizdaniyan Family opened their first Kabab restaurant in Ourfa after having a huge success in serving their recipes at private receptions for the rich and famous.Since then, the tradition had been kept and the recipes evolved while respecting the preparation method and essential ingredients that gave the kabab its unique taste.

The spices are hand-picked, home-prepared, freshly ground and mixed in different creative combinations resulting in a strong aromatic sensation in every “Kabab 1961” bite.
