We all know how much it is important to have some “down time”. While life is becoming more & more fast, demanding & stressful, taking time out to Relax and Renew is essential to living well. This workshop has 2 parts and is suitable for participants of all levels.
11:15am – Soft & Gentle Yoga Practice (1.5h)
1:00pm – Restorative Yoga Session (2h)
The workshop is designed in a way that both sessions are complementing each other and most effective if taken together.
First session includes gentle stretches & breathing exercises to soften, open up & prepare your body for the second session of Restorative Yoga. Deeply relaxing & soft second session is a “finishing touch” to Relax, Renew & Replenish your energy at the end of the week.
Restorative Yoga Practice is best described as “intensive active relaxation”, restorative poses are simple, yet very specific and effective. You will be using a lot of props (yoga blocks, belts, cushions & bolsters) to effectively assist your relaxation.
Once you learn restorative yoga poses, you will be easily able to practice them at home.
