Horsh Beirut Picnic Event

They are preparing for an action in order to speed up the opening of Horsh Beirut for all; Bilal Hamad promised to do so very soon though it was delayed under the pretext of not yet receiving the policy paper, which they handed in last week.

In order to speed up the process of opening the park, Nahnoo invites you (NGOs and Activists) to meet and discuss together the next event and future possible collaboration.

The “Picnic Horsh Beirut Everywhere” event will be happening in small green spaces all over Beirut. Each space will be managed by one of the participating NGOs, who will invite all their friends to come and picnic with them in their spaces. This way, Beirut residents will receive the same message throughout the day,no matter what part of the city they are in or pass through.

This event will emphasize to the people on what is really missing in their city, and tell the authorities that green spaces is a right and opening Horsh Beirut will be only the first step towards that.
