Yoga & Yoga Therapy with Ria Haffar

Saturday, Jun 9, 2012
10:00am -> 4:00pm
Yoga Souk

Join Ria for a relaxing and rejuvenating day of asana, pranayama and yoga nidra. For her first Beirut workshop, Ria has designed complementary morning and afternoon sessions to suit all levels of yoga practitioners. A student of Yoga Therapy, Ria will provide individual attention to help those suffering from injuries and chronic conditions get the most out of postures, while enabling more advanced students to delve deeper into their practice.

The morning practice, from 10:00am-12:30pm, will be playful with a focus on twists to purify and cleanse the body. The afternoon session, from 2:00-4:00pm, will move into greater stillness, with a focus on balancing the chakras and culminating in the deeply healing and rejuvenating practice of yoga nidra.
