This practice offers a fusion of Hatha Yoga postures combining the Sivananda twelve basic asanas, flowing sun salutations and two Pranayama breathing techniques. The benefits of this practice begin with going into deep stretches and learning to hold the posture, gaining increased flexibility over time.
