Houna Workshop

“Bringing Objects to Life” is a workshop for actors based on the creation of an imaginary world where objects are given spirits. The workshop will focus on how to tell stories using different objects in order to create small scenes where the hero is simply the object being used.

Using costumes and accessories actors will be exercising the art of hiding behind the objects, giving them value and history, a form and a certain dynamism. This will transform the props from being simple object to characters.

The workshop is mainly a space for creation that aims to awaken the objects, being used on stage as simple props, make them visible, meaningful, expressive and real.
