Women’s self defense workshop

A workshop for women’s self defense is being held in Charles W. Hostler Student Center at the American University of Beirut by The Center for Civic Engagement and Community Service (CCECS). The workshop will take place over four sessions, covering the basic self-defense techniques geared toward women. Better be safe than sorry, so do come down and benefit.

Special Formula:Dress in comfortable workout clothes and bring your mattresses.
