Supply Chain Management Training

This workshop aims to use the terminology of supply chain, logistics, and supply chain components management and to allow participants to define the scope and function of business logistics, transportation, and its terms and principles.

This workshop hopes to help participants understand the concept of integrated supply chain management, produce comprehensive and realistic solutions to order fulfillment, and understand logistics and transportation terminologies among other things.

This an interactive course where participants are expected to share their experiences by active participation throughout all parts of this training program. Participants will be divided into appropriate teams for workshops & exercises. Opportunities for case simulations and/or role-playing will arise and offer an excellent opportunity to learn by doing. Develop a better understanding of Supply Chain Management and excel in your knowledge of business!
