Engelbert tours the Beirut Central District

Famed British performer, Engelbert visited the Beirut Central District where he was briefed about the key developments executed so far by Solidere in redeveloping and reconstructing the Heart of the Capital.

Engelbert toured the streets of Foch – Allenby as well as Al Maarad and the Etoile piazza in addition to Beirut Souks. The artist said he was impressed with the renovated historic buildings in the urban scene of the city. He also visited preserved historical sites where the Beirut legacy has been unveiled. Engelbert praised the efforts exerted by the city planner Solidere to bring the center of Beirut back to life. This visit comes on the sidelines of the concert that will be performed by the international star on the evening of Saturday the 30th of June 2012. During this show, Engelbert will be performing his best songs produced throughout his rich artist career.
