The idea behind the Junkyard is to experiment with a temporary restaurant space where foodies can get a taste of the current trend in market food and slow food. Apart from the “wonderland” feel of the place, it is the food that takes center stage. Chef Tomas Reger, executive chef at Le Sushi Bar and owner of the pop-up restaurant, creates a new menu every night.

The Junkyard is the brainchild of “Food For Thought," a food consultancy company created by Mario Jr. Haddad and Chef Reger.

The average bill is around $40 per person. You can also arrange to reserve the entire space for the evening.

For reservations, call: 03.945.961.

The restaurant is located in Mar Mikhael, on a small side street facing the old bus station.
