Yesterday I had the meanest burger at Garage 78, the newest addition to Hamra’s popular Alleyway hangout.
I ordered the Angus beef burger, which came with a thick slice of cheddar cheese, yes cheddar – fresh tomatoes, lettuce, and slices of red onion. The beef was seasoned with Micheal Murr’s (previously the chef at Neighbor’s bar in Hamra) secret dressing, which I’m almost 99% certain has some ranch seasoning in it.
This badass burger was followed by… wait for it… pouring my own 961 draft beer. Garage 78 offers all-you -can-drink draft beers from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. every day for 23,000 LL. Today my belly is as happy as Pindoll opening for the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
