La Suerte Dormida, a movie by director Angeles Gonzalez Sinde, will be screened at Metropolis Cinema as part of the Primeros Pasos Spanish film week.

Synopsis: Amparo, a woman fleeing the pain of a traumatic loss in the past, takes refuge in a perfect bubble of an uneventful life of work and routine, until she finds herself pushed to defend a court case of death indemnity. This case, from which she tries to escape at the beginning, will eventually becomes an obsession that will bring her back to the world of the “alive”.
