What better way to end your Wednesday than to find out about a drug bust by Lebanese customs authorities at the Beirut Port?
Acting Director of Customs at the Beirut Port Shafiq Merhi revealed today that the customs department, in collaboration with the Drug Control Bureau, seized lab equipment that is generally used for the purpose of manufacturing drugs.
The shipment, which was intercepted 10 days ago at the port, came from China and was disguised as motorcycle parts. But seriously, who knows motorcycles better than the Lebanese?
Big up, Beirut.
