Founded in 1992 by Roger Zakhour leader and creator, Evasion has always emphasized quality using only ingredients of choice.

Their chef’s creativity is constantly changing. His love of good chocolate, his many visits to trade fairs and contacts with world renowned master chocolatiers provide him with the necessary expertise for the creation of different chocolates such as truffles, orangettes, lace pancakes pepper of Szechuan, calvados and more. They also make special arrangements for weddings and other events.
