Hadi Damien Talk at Robert Mouawad Private Museum

Monday, Nov 26, 2012
6:00pm -> 7:30pm
Robert Mouawad Private Museum

Inspired by last September’s first “International Internet Ethics Symposium”, Hadi’s interactive talk will question the hidden flaws and breaches of our day to day use and presence in Cyber Space. Astonishing real life stories will highlight computer security issues (hacking, phishing, viruses, hoaxes, cyber-bullying) and Internet savoir-vivre and savoir-faire (copyright, email practices, social media).

Aware of the cyber-communication hegemony, Hadi put together this presentation to shine the light on some practices that are often wrongly perceived as harmless. Relying on his experience in the handling of events, he brings in practical and essential tips on how to convey the best image of your not-so-virtual persona. Mobile users and IT professional geeks will also enjoy a visual presentation of social (not)working. This is not a technical talk but one aimed at enhancing our life in Cyber Space.
