TEDxBeirut at UNESCO Palace

TEDxBeirut is organizing a brand new conference in the UNESCO Palace. TEDxBeirut is a full-day conference presenting 18 speakers and performers; all of which are thought leaders in the Middle East and abroad, as well as grassroots speakers sharing their inspiring stories. The topics vary in dimension from marine biology to NASA space expeditions and from fighting corruption to speaking up about breast cancer. TEDxBeirut will bring you captivating talks, stirring musical performances, and influential dialogues.

The speakers participating in this edition of TedxBeirut are: Loryne Atoui, Jana Bou Reslan, Suzanne Talhouk, Dr Charles Elachi, Zeina Saab, Hani Asfour, Imad Saoud, Farid Chehab, Rabih El Chaer, Peter Mouraccade, Sareen Akarjalian, Marjorie Henningsen, Amal Al Dahouk, Christopher Littlefield, Salim Zwein, and Esraa Haidar.

Performances by the Walkabout Drum Circle and the a capella group Beirut Vocal Point will also be taking place.
