Mozzarella, Provolone, Gouda, Roumi, Halloum, Chedder, American – you name it – I love it.
I am particularly fond of R2a2at, which is basically melted cheese inside of a crispy blanket of love. It’s my absolute favorite appetizer ever (though it isn’t exactly the healthiest). Still, deep fried foods have a place in my heart, probably lining my aorta with arteriosclerosis.
