The creator behind Sofrit Hana, Hana is a girl who lived a simple life in the Lebanese suburbs and was influenced by the delicious Lebanese cuisine,introduced to her by her mother.

Her love story with the Lebanese kitchen lead her to migrate to the city and open her own restaurant. She translates her suburb life memories into her kitchen and adds her own touch to create the perfect combination of the traditional Lebanese cuisine merged with the modern city taste.
