So says @lynnhazim, who tweeted this instagramed up shot of fries smothered in Parmesan and truffle oil, fresh from Brgr Co. Evidently proud of their gem, Brgr Co. retweeted their creation, spreading the potato love to the masses. Bless them.

Never mind the calories, let’s take a look at the facts. Deep fried potatoes, cooked to crispy tenderness. Shredded Parmesan sprinkled delicately, and melted to perfection. Golden truffle oil drizzled haphazardly. Are you hungry? Yeah you are.
