Beirut 2010 1st Systema Seminar Lebanon (10 hours for life)

Jerome Kadian is one of the best Systema senior instructors in his field. He is in charge of teaching professional bodyguards, and Special Swat forces in France. He works alongside Masters Vladimir Vasiliev and Mikhail Riyabko from Systema Headquarters.
Jerome will be presenting the very first Systema weekend seminar in Beirut, Lebanon.
The ten-hour seminar will cover the following areas.
• Empty hand to hand combat: hold and release, strikes, escape from chokes
• Ground survival fighting
• Breathing: adrenaline and fear control, pain control, relaxation
• Stretching and Flexibility
• Knives Defense and Control
