La Scala di Milano At Beirut Chants Festival

Brace yourselves, Italy has taken over the Beirut Chants Festival. In collaboration with the Italian cultural institute, this is a night that promises to be filled with Boccherini, Verdi, Mascagni, and Strauss’s “capriccio”. I wouldn’t be surprised if the streets started smelling of basil and wine midway through their performance.

This pic, tweeted by the official Beirut Chants twitter, pumps us up for tomorrow. With their instruments held high in apparent exuberance, we’re sure La Scala di Milano are as excited as we are.

I mean, what’s greater than a happy musical group of Italians?
