Christmas Spirit at Beirut Souks

Can you believe it’s already December?

With only three weeks left until Christmas, I’m still not really feeling the holiday spirit around Beirut. Few places are home to lights, and even fewer are decked out in bright red and green Christmas gear.

Thats why I really love @BeirutSouks for starting off the month in total Christmas fashion. With people dressed up as Santa’s helpers and holiday colors and decorations everywhere, Beirut Souks has successfully and wonderfully brought Christmas to a city where it’s sorely lacking.

I’m all about holiday cheer.
