Chronic Care Center

The Chronic Care Center’s family has grown to include 2480 youngsters, of whom 1773 are insulin-dependent, and 707 thalassemics.

They are provided with an optimal medical care and follow-up with ongoing psychosocial orientation to help them cope with their chronic condition.

Keeping abreast with developments in clinical research, the Center also worked with great efforts to promote its preventive role. Through its genetic counseling, educational programs and awareness campaigns, the Center aims to contribute in building up healthy generations.
