The Gods Are Angry With Us

So December 21, 2012 came and went, and the end of the world that was so very dramaticized didn’t happen. So the Gods spared us! Right?

Apparently not. Judging by this lightening storm captured on camera and tweeted by @rania_elkhatib, Thor has got a serious grudge against Lebanon.

That, or him and Loki were going at it again. That damn pointy-hatted throne stealing step-brother.

Regardless of the reason for the sudden lightening battle, this has got to be one of the coolest pictures of the month. I just hope that poor boat on the side didn’t suffer at the wrath of Nordic Gods.

Then again, that’d make the Avengers real. So worth thousands of dollars in damage.
