Ask, Collect and Share Stories of the Disappeared

17,000 is not just a number. Behind this estimation, thousands of personal stories about painful experiences were never told. Each of us may have a parent, a grandparent, a friend, a neighbor, a teacher, etc. who suffered from the disappearance of a loved one without knowing about it. If this is the case, join Act for the Disappeared on their quest to obtain answers on the disappearance of loved ones during the Lebanese Civil War.

By participating in this project you will: increase your understanding of the issue of the disappeared, give the opportunity to relatives of disappeared persons to share their experience, participate in efforts to find solutions and participate in the creation of an archive on political violence and its impact.
