Breakfast at St. Elmos

On a typical Tuesday morning such as this, nobody really has time to make a gourmet breakfast, much less actual breakfast.

So I am automatically jealous of @karmid’s gourmet feast of Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict at St. Elmos in Zaitunay Bay. In case you were wondering what that composes of, the lucky dude’s breakfast consists of English muffin topped with a tender slice of salmon, served with a side of potatoes, green peppers, and just the right amount of seasoning.

And here I am, sipping Abu Naji’s Nescafe and dreaming of toast. Sigh.
