Baking Eclairs With Gou World

So baking just happens to be one of the best things in the world. Unfortunately for me, my kitchen here in Beirut lacks counter-top space, an oven that’ll hold more than two trays at a time, and enough cabinets to hold my insane number of cooking tools.

So when Gou World invited me to come try out one of their cooking classes, to say I was thrilled would be an understatement. The Gou Atelier cooking classes have been going on for some months now and will hopefully continue for years to come.

Equipped to handle six aspiring cooks at a time, the Gou Atelier classes welcome their guests with a cooking apron, enough kitchen tools to make me giddy, and a chef’s hat that I had to stop myself from stealing.

Being the avid food blogger that I am, I blogged all about my experience at Gou World, complete with their recipe for eclairs here.

Think it’s not worth the trouble? Eclairs, after all, can be bought. Trust me, this recipe will knock any store-bought eclair right out the window.

Thank you, Gou World, for making my taste-buds sing with French hallelujahs.
