1958 Screening at Municipal Public Library of Bachoura
The Municipal Public Library of Bachoura is hosting a screening of the film “1958” by director Ghassan Salhab.
The screening will be followed by a discussion with the director.
Synopsis: In 1958, a woman gives birth to her first child in Senegal, land of immigration, while Lebanon, her country of origin, is plunged in a serious internal conflict, a forerunner of the future civil war.
