Project management for NGO’S/NPO’S

The course treats the methods employed by NGO’s, UN agencies and non-profit organizations used to carry out and manage their projects and programs through understanding adequately the lifecycle of those Projects/Programs. The course will also equip the participants with enhanced designing and management tools to tailor projects more adequately to meet needs of the beneficiaries such as the logical framework matrix that will help in defining the objectives.
