Lebanese Artist Transcends States of Matter

Meet Georges Kyrillos, Lebanese artist from Batroun. With a vast portfolio of work already under his belt— including original work and stock photos for advertisements—Kyrillos is a testament to just how talented the Lebanese can really be.

Much of his work is a unique tribute to fluidity; he creates liquid images of tangible objects, as seen below. It’s an oddly refreshing mix of water or ice or glass or perhaps all three, painted in such a way that I wouldn’t be surprised if Kyrillos was really a wizard.
