Internal Quality Audit Training at Management Mix

Management Mix is hosting a training session on internal quality auditing. The following topics will be covered during the workshop: acquire the necessary methodology and techniques for auditing and evaluating the Quality Management System, be able to establish an action plan following the analysis of audit results, developing auditing techniques, applying concepts through role-playing, and much more.

Participants are expected to share their experiences by active participation throughout all parts of this training program. Participants will be divided into appropriate teams for workshops and real cases. A manual will be supplied which will support development of the course by helping participants to structure the main acquired competencies.
