Making Ties Workshop at Lamba Labs

Join artist Aya Haidar in Making Ties, a workshop successfully held at the V&A museum, by reworking fabric samplers through handmade craft.

Each participant will be given the opportunity to work on an individual fabric sampler before passing it onto a neighbor who will follow on where the previous left off, layering their own personal narrative to create an intricately crafted piece. With the use of recycled fabrics, embroidery, embellishments and discussion, follows the tradition of sharing stories and skills.
