Be Your Own Bodyguard Seminar at Le Royal Hotel

John Kairouz and the Royal Spa have put together a two-day seminar for women that addresses crimes of rape, robbery and murder and teaches women how to deal with them proactively.

The workshop focuses on “How Not to be a Victim” through preventive measures, proactive self defense and interactive psychological learning techniques. Training professionals will train women in physical defensive skills. The first day of the workshop will deal with how to protect yourself in various environments. The second day will be a hands-on practice of defensive techniques (gym clothes and towel required).
