War And Peas Screening at Safadi Cultural Center

As part of the Danish Youth Cinema on the Road 2013, the Safadi Cultural Center will be hosting a screening of the short-film “War and Peas” by Jannik Hastrup.

Synopsis: A story about a fat king and his people who are up against a group of starving animals after a drought has set in. King Lion approaches the fat king to ask him to share his food. The king refuses, but the animals are determined to succeed in persuading the fat king and his soldiers to share their resources.
