So we’re not Ireland, but that doesn’t mean we don’t love potatoes.

In fact, we freaking adore potatoes. So much so that we’ve got a random Spuds Truck coasting around Beirut, selling all sorts of baked potato products for our everyday potato needs.

They tweet and Foursquare their location an hour prior to arriving at their destination, so if you want potatoes, you have to be social media savvy. Or just be at the right place at the right time.

But seriously now, spuds are no laughing matter. So consider this is your tuber mission, should you choose to accept it.
