Situational Leadership Training at Management Mix

Management Mix is hosting a training session on situational leadership. Through this workshop, you’ll learn how to: gain a valuable insight into leadership styles and behavior and their impact in developing subordinates readiness, develop your knowledge on leadership strategies in order to optimize the effectiveness of your collaborators, and much more.

Participants will be divided into appropriate teams for workshops and real cases. A manual will be supplied which will support development of the course by helping participants to structure the main acquired competencies.
