MENAXLDS 2013 at San Stephano Beach

The 2013 edition of the MENAXLDS (Middle East and North Africa Exchange and Leadership Development) seminar is taking place at the San Stephano Beach Resort. MENAXLDS is a six-day conference with two main objectives given through a Global Learning environment: leadership; enhancing leadership skills and team working skills, thinking in an innovative and entrepreneurial manner, acting sustainably and leading by example.

The second objective is to drive internationalism by raising awareness of the importance of exchange of cultures, international work experience, bridging the gap of cultures by working abroad.
