The Well Within Art Therapy Workshop at Zico House

Join Zico House as it hosts an art therapy workshop by Beirut Art Therapy. “The Well Within – Level 1” is a creative workshop that guides participants to recognize the sources of chronic irritations and complaints. It facilitates practical insight, and provides creative tools for discovering inner resources for cultivating durable emotional comfort.

The four-day creative art therapy workshop will be conducted by contemporary artist, art therapist, art educator and clinical psychologist Anita Toutikian (MA clinical psychology. PhD candidate Clinical Psychology. Research, coursework, training, certificates, workshops and applications in Art Therapy since 2003).

Participants will be encouraged to experiment with different mediums and techniques like easy drawing, spontaneous painting, coloring, collage, cut-pasting, writing, observing, listening, asking, focusing, interpreting, exchanging, sharing, discussing, processing etc. in a safe, fun, comfortable and friendly environment.

Participation fee: $120 per person for four sessions including art materials and coffee breaks
